Kalonzo Musyoka mourns actress & comedian Gatwiri

Wiper Party Leader Kalonzo Musyoka has joined other Kenyans in mourning the sudden demise of actress and content creator Tabitha Gatwiri. 

The content creator passed away after a short illness.

Taking to his socials, Kalonzo shared a photo he took with Gatwiri a few years ago, eulogizing her as a hard-working young creative.

Musyoka said that Gatwiri was a young woman who was determined to change the world for the better with her brilliant ideas.

“My heart hurts as I pen this Condolence Message to the family of Tabitha Gatwiri.

I met this incredible soul a few years back. Gatwiri was vibrant and indeed knowledgeable. She was a young woman absolutely determined to change the world for the better with her ideas. Our discussions on the State of the Nation and what her generation could achieve, given the opportunity, were mind-provoking,” Kalonzo shared.

He went down memory lane with a highlight of the discussion they had when they last met.

“Our last discussion centered on adding her diversity to my Communications Team. God Almighty had a different plan for Gatwiri and our path has been irretrievably altered.,” he shared.

“As we come to terms with this defining loss, I know that we all will endeavour, in spirit and purpose, to not only remember this gifted soul, but honour Gatwiri in the new path ahead.

He further expressed his heartfelt condolence to Gatwiri’s family and friends.

“To Gatwiri’s family, and Brian in particular, know that I grieve with and for you. Know that Gatwiri was an incandescent soul; an incredible gift that God graced us with, even for a short time,” Kalonzo said in his statement.

Our Almighty God has Gatwiri now. May the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, guard your hearts and minds in Christ Jesus.
