US-based Kenyan TV Host and Former Miss Universe Kenya Rachel Mbuki and her husband Dmitry Litvishkova are celebrating their 4th wedding anniversary.
In a post shared via her socials, Ms Mbuki reflected on her marriage for the past four years with a key highlight from their wedding day in Maui Hawaii.
The two love birds got married in a beautiful traditional Hawaiian ceremony.
“Four years ago, we eloped to Maui Hawaii, and stayed at a breathtaking hotel- ranked one of the most romantic luxury hotels in the world and then got married at Makena Cove, where the sun dipped behind us as we said ‘I do’ in a beautiful traditional Hawaiian ceremony.
It was truly the most magical day of my life, and I’m forever grateful for that moment when I became yours. ❤️,” Mbuki’s post read in part.
She went on to salute her husband for being an amazing partner.
“To my love, my partner in crime, and my greatest adventure—thank you for being an amazing husband, provider, and the steady anchor in every storm. Our journey has been nothing short of incredible, from that dreamy stay at the world-renowned Hotel Wailea to every day that has followed,” she said.
Rachel Mbuki also touched on a time they almost divorced mid-last year saying they managed to overcome the obstacle.

“Last year tested us but we made it through like the soul mates we are. I wouldn’t change a single thing. We are stronger and happier than ever. Every moment we have had has led us here and my heart bursts with pure happiness joy and love for you my darling.
“Here’s to us, to the countless memories we’ve made, and to many more adventures ahead until we’re old and grey. I pray that life continues to bless us with love, laughter, and each other. Happy Anniversary, my forever. ❤️❤️🌺✨,”
In March 2023, Mbuki publicly announced the end of her marriage with Litvishkova on her Instagram account, disclosing the challenging decision to separate and her intent to file for divorce.
In a surprising turn of events, on October 8, 2023, Rachel Marete Mbuki revealed not only a significant career milestone but also a heartwarming reconciliation with her husband, Dmitry Litvishkova.
She shared her excitement about her first American national TV appearance as a TV Host and entertainment journalist.
