Akothee over the moon as daughter Fancy weds fiancé in France [Photos]

Singer Esther Akoth aka Akothee is a happy parent after her daughter Fancy Makadia tied the knot with her fiancée Faïrouz Vivian Ligali Ali in France.

The two love birds officiated their relationship with a civil wedding ahead of their planned white wedding in April.

Akothee who was present to witness the wedding, congratulated her daughter for making her proud. She went on to wish Fancy all the best in her new marriage.

A happy and proud Akotheee wrote; “uwiiiiiiiiiiii uwiiiiiiii behold the official 3rd degree that is the dream of every girl. My daughter @fancy_makadia Has proved me Right once again.

The Abebo hitmaker added that she was in France to witness the signing of marriage documents.

21st March, a queen was born—one from my uterus who was more delicate. My marriage fell apart when Prudence was hardly five years old. She suffered from father issues; she desperately wanted someone to call “Dad.” She never gave me peace—anytime she thought of her father, she would force me to call him. I would be compelled to dial a number that didn’t exist, just to reassure her that “Daddy has traveled.” This left me broken because, deep down, I knew her father had moved on with another family.

The second time I got broken was when I had my first son, Ojwang. When Prudence realized that Papa Ojwang had partially moved in with us, she ran to me excitedly and asked, “Mommy, mommy, can I call him Dad now?” Yooo 💔💔💔. I said yes, yoo.

The guy didn’t want that association. Prudence ran to him as he held Ojwang, gently caressing her brother’s curly hair. Then, gathering her courage, she said, “Dad, baby is cute.”
